Before the reshape there are 54 desks. The right-hand side of the floor is taken up by two oversized twelve-person meeting rooms, and circulation is generous, with wide corridors and a large area of dead, underused space. There is one small social pocket near the entrance.

After the reshape there are 72 desks, a third more capacity on the same footprint. The two oversized meeting rooms have been reconfigured into four right-sized six-person rooms. Two quiet focus rooms have been added, the social and amenity zone has been expanded into a proper breakout and kitchen, the dead circulation has been reclaimed into desks and zones, and the desk field is denser. The colours mark the zones: desks, collaboration meeting and team space, focus quiet rooms, social and amenity, and circulation.
