Your leadership team agrees less than you think

Agreement (Kendall’s W)

Weak agreement

Weak agreement — the team shares a top concern but pulls apart over what comes next.

A score near 1 means the leaders rank the priorities almost identically; a score near 0 means they rank them all over the place. At 0.22 the room broadly agrees Productivity comes first, then scatters. Worth knowing on day one: a strategy built on an assumed consensus that is not there tends to stall later, when the trade-offs get real.

Opinion splits most on Brand & culture and Sustainability — some leaders rank them near the top, others near the bottom.
